Most of the products on the site are ready for delivery and will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days, with the exception of remote locations

The price of the products on the website does not include the shipping fees
Shipping costs are as shown on the payment page
Lollipop will not be responsible for any delay and / or delay in delivery and / or non-delivery, caused as a result of force majeure and / or events

Exchanges and returns
We really hope you like the products you ordered, but if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return/exchange it in the following ways:
A courier will come to your home to pick up the product - shipping fees at the customer's expense, or alternatively return the product independently to our self-collection point, during business hours.
Only if it is not used, and it is returned in its original packaging.
You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving them (products bought on sale - within 7 days).
To receive a refund, the products must be returned within 7 days, beyond that a credit will be given for the purchase on the website.
After we receive the item back, we will notify in a message about the credit less shipping fees.
In the case of a damaged product - it must be reported within 7 days of receiving it.
